Website terms of use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.disputeneutral.com. The site is run by Raspberry Global Limited, trading as Dispute Neutral, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI706683), registered office River House, Castle Lane, Coleraine, BT51 3DR. By using the site you accept these terms.
These terms cover the website only. If you start a case, the Contractual Decision Matrix (CDM) that both parties sign sets out the terms of the dispute resolution service and takes priority over these terms.
Not legal advice
Articles, guides, the statutory interest calculator and draft contract clauses on this site are general information. They are believed to be correct when published, but the law changes and every situation is different. They are not legal advice and you should not rely on them as such. Dispute Neutral does not act for either party in a dispute.
Dispute Neutral is not a law firm and is not a regulated legal service. Each neutral has at least 15 years’ real-world experience in the legal profession; some are in current practice and others have moved on from day-to-day practice. When deciding a case, a neutral acts as an independent expert, not as a solicitor or barrister for either party. The terms that govern each case are set out in its Contractual Decision Matrix (CDM).
