One fixed fee, agreed up front
The fee depends on the amount in dispute. There are no hourly rates and no surprise costs.

Core contract documents are extra and do not count towards the page limit. If you need both a money decision and a non-money decision, the two fees are added together.
Need more pages?
Move the case up a band. The higher fee gives each side the larger page limit. You can choose a higher band when you start the case, or upgrade later through an additional payment once the case is under way.
Clarification call
If the neutral or either party needs to talk something through, a clarification call costs £200 + VAT (£240 in total). It can be requested when you start, or added later.
Who pays
One party can pay the whole fee, or the parties can split it 50:50. When you start the case, you choose who is responsible for the fee and who pays it at the start.
How you pay
By card through Stripe when you start the case. We never see your card details. VAT is added at checkout.
