Construction trades and suppliers
Fast, fixed-fee, binding decisions on payment disputes between construction businesses: subcontractors, suppliers, hire companies and professionals.
Why construction businesses use Dispute Neutral
- Fixed fee from £650 + VAT: far cheaper than most adjudications or court claims.
- A binding written decision within 10 business days of the matter being ready.
- Decided on the documents: contracts, applications, notices, delivery notes and photos.
- Private, so working relationships can continue.
Adjudication and the gap for suppliers
Under a construction contract, either party has a statutory right to adjudication, but neither side has to use it, and the parties can agree to use Dispute Neutral instead.
Suppliers who deliver materials without installing them, and firms hiring out plant without an operator, generally have no statutory right to adjudication at all. Dispute Neutral gives them a quick route to a binding decision.
